GITFF - The Georgia International Tourism Film Festival (GITFF)

was established in 2023 in Tskaltubo, marking the first event of its kind in the country. The festival was launched with the support of the Tskaltubo Municipality, aiming to promote Georgia’s tourism potential through cinematic storytelling.
Held in the Imereti Region, the inaugural edition brought together filmmakers and tourism professionals to showcase films highlighting destinations, culture, and sustainable travel.
Following its successful debut, GITFF expanded into a multi-regional event, with later editions also taking place in Batumi 2024 -2025. The festival continues to grow as an international platform, promoting Georgia’s diverse regions and strengthening its global tourism image.
